September was about teams and trust. Companies can now sign up on their own and invite their colleagues, accounts gain two-factor authentication, and tickets can be read in your team's language, whatever language the customer spoke.
TL;DR
- Self-service sign-up - New companies create their workspace themselves in a short, guided form
- Team invitations - Invite colleagues by email and resend or cancel pending invitations at any time
- Two-factor authentication - Protect your account with an authenticator app and a six-digit code at sign-in
- Automatic translation - Read summaries, action plans and transcripts in your team's language
- Plus - separate interface and content languages, translated security screens, clearer sign-up validation
Highlights
Self-service sign-up
New companies can create their workspace themselves in a short, guided form: your details first, then your company (industry, business type and the support channels you use). The whole flow is available in English, French, Dutch and German.
Invite your team
The new Team Management page lists everyone in your workspace with their role, email and avatar (you appear as "You"). Invite colleagues by email and they receive a clear, branded invitation. Pending invitations can be resent or cancelled at any time. Invited people get a lighter sign-up with their email and company already filled in, and clear messages if an invitation has expired or is no longer valid.
Two-factor authentication
Protect your account with an authenticator app. Set it up from the new Security section in settings by scanning a QR code, then confirm each sign-in with a six-digit code. You can remove an authenticator whenever you need to.
Read every conversation in your language
Intract now translates ticket content automatically. Each company chooses up to three target languages, with one primary language. Each user then picks their preferred content language in their profile and can toggle between the original and the translation. Summaries, action plans and full transcripts are translated, with the speaker structure kept intact, and exports can include the translated content.
Also new & improved
- Your interface language and your content translation language are now set separately, so you can use the app in one language and read tickets in another.
- All security screens are translated into English, French, Dutch and German.
Fixes & polish
- A clear message appears if you try to invite yourself or someone already in your team.
- Clearer validation messages during sign-up, which disappear as soon as you start correcting a field.
- A tidier login page layout.
