Intract

Careers · We are hiring

Build the layer every customer conversation runs through.

Intract turns calls and emails into structured, actionable signal for customer care teams across Europe. We are a small team in Brussels, shipping to real customers every week. We are looking for engineers who want to own large parts of the product.

01 · Principles

How we work.

Three rules we hold ourselves to, whatever the role. They decide how we build, what we ship and what we say no to.

01

Small team, real ownership

You own features end to end, from the database schema to the pixel and the customer call that follows.

02

Trust is the product

Row-level security, EU hosting, GDPR and audit trails are part of every design review, not a later ticket.

03

AI where it earns its place

Every model call is traced, evaluated and explainable. We prefer a boring pipeline that works over a clever one that might.

02 · Hiring

You should know what you’re walking into.

Four steps, about three weeks, and an answer at every stage. No riddles, no take-home that eats your weekend.

  1. Day 1

    You apply

Send your CV or LinkedIn and a few lines on something you built. We reply within a week, whatever the answer.

  2. Week 1 · 30 min

    A first conversation

30 minutes on what you have built, what you want next, and what Intract really looks like today.

  3. Week 2 · 2–3 h

    Work with the team

A practical session on a real problem from our product, with the engineers you would work with.

  4. Week 3 · 1 h

Meet the founders, then an offer

A last conversation about the role and the company. If it is a match, the offer follows within days.

03 · Positions

Open roles.

Every role is based in Brussels, hybrid and full-time, and owns a real part of the product from day one.
