September was a smaller month of finishing work. We focused on helping you find things faster and on polishing the reporters introduced in August.

Highlights
Search inside a transcript
A search bar now sits above the transcript, both in the ticket details window and on the ticket page. Every match is highlighted, and a counter lets you step through them with Enter, Shift+Enter or the arrow buttons. If you're reading a translated transcript, the search looks through the translation.
Cmd+K remembers where you've been
The Cmd+K palette now shows your three most recent destinations as quick actions. That includes the exact ticket, customer, dashboard, workflow or report you were on, not only the page. Every new search starts fresh, and long results are trimmed neatly instead of being cut off.
Reports that lead back to their tickets
When you open the tickets behind a report, the filter chip now names the reporter, the date and the report type, for example "Technical expert · Light digest · 30/08/2026: 12 tickets". A loading indicator shows while the tickets are being gathered. Light digests and deep reports have their own icons, so you can tell them apart at a glance. What a reporter finds on a ticket is shown in your content language.
Also new & improved
- Column picker: search columns by name. Columns are grouped into Standard, Workflows and Metadata.
- Dashboards list:
- A right-click menu on each row, with short descriptions of each action.
- Double-click a row to select several dashboards and publish or delete them together.
- Deleting a dashboard now takes a press-and-hold, so a stray click can't remove it.
- Reporter editor: daily reporters default to a light digest, and you get a clearer message if a reporter name is already taken. The home page now only offers reporters that produce a light digest.
Fixes & polish
- Workflow testing: test runs in the workflow editor now use the full ticket, including the transcript, so test results match what you'll see on live tickets.
- Test runs started from Atlas don't send workflow notifications.
- Search fields look the same as the rest of the app and keep their focus outline visible. Stepping through matches no longer clears your search.
