Senior Full-Stack Engineer

01The role
Intract is a multi-tenant Next.js application on top of Supabase. Customer care teams use it all day to triage conversations, build workflows without code, explore analytics and talk to an AI assistant that knows their customers.
As a senior full-stack engineer, you will take features from a rough idea to production, and keep them fast, accessible and secure as we grow.
02What you will do
- Build product surfaces in Next.js (App Router), React 19 and TypeScript, with HeroUI and Tailwind CSS
- Design Postgres schemas, migrations and row-level security policies in Supabase
- Ship the visual workflow builder, custom dashboards and the streaming chat assistant
- Keep the app multi-tenant safe: roles, permissions, MFA and data isolation between companies
- Work directly with customers and the founders to decide what to build next
03What we look for
- 5+ years building production web applications, with strong TypeScript and React
- Solid SQL and Postgres: you are comfortable reading a query plan and writing an RLS policy
- Care for UI detail, accessibility and performance
- Pragmatism: you ship small, measure, and iterate
- Fluent English; French or Dutch is a plus
04Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js server components and streaming
- Rich-text editors (TipTap / ProseMirror) or data-heavy UIs (charts, grids)
- B2B SaaS with enterprise customers and security reviews
