October was about identity and foundations. Intract got a new look across the whole app, our charts were redesigned, and we started work on two new ways to bring conversations into Intract.
TL;DR
- A new look - Intract's own logo, favicon and visual identity across sign-in, sign-up and the app
- Redesigned charts - Cleaner, more consistent dashboard charts that are easier to read at a glance
- First steps on new channels - Work started on Vonage calls and sending already-transcribed text conversations
Highlights
A new look for Intract
Intract now has its own logo, favicon and visual identity, rolled out across sign-in, sign-up, two-factor verification and the main app. Spacing and borders on the sign-in screens were tidied up, and sign-up and login now give clearer feedback when something goes wrong.
Redesigned charts
Dashboard charts got a visual refresh. They are cleaner, more consistent with the rest of the app and easier to read at a glance.
Coming soon
- Vonage calls. We started building a Vonage integration, so teams on Vonage can have their calls transcribed and turned into tickets just like Aircall calls.
- Text conversations. We began work on a way to send conversations that are already transcribed straight into Intract, so they get the same analysis and ticket treatment as calls.
Fixes & polish
- The navigation bar now keeps the right width across pages.
More on these new channels soon.
